About this design
A double rule frames the page with corner ornaments at each edge, and section headings are centred rather than ranged left — a small choice that does most of the work in making it read as ceremonial rather than administrative.
Plum, Maroon and Emerald are the colourways. All three are light-ground designs with the colour carried in the frame and headings, so they print without the ink-coverage problems of a full dark page.
It works particularly well when the biodata opens with an invocation, and it is a common choice where the document will be printed and presented physically rather than sent as a file.
